Shipping policy

We offer the following delivery methods to private persons:

• EU Standard Shipping - EUR 5,90
  To most European countries. If fragile products the cost can be different. When your payment has arrived (or noted by third party payment solution) you will get a confirmation by mail that we have recieved your payment. In 1-2 days we pack the goods and leave for shipping. Again you will get a confirmation that it is sent. Delivery time is depended of where you are located in Europe. Our experience is that it takes 5-6 days to deliver the goods.
  
  
• Portugal CTT - EUR 5,00
  To customers in Portugal. If fragile products the cost can be different. When your payment has arrived (or noted by third party payment solution) you will get a confirmation by mail that we have recieved your payment. In 1-2 days we pack the goods and leave for shipping. Again you will get a confirmation that it is sent. Our experience is that it takes 1-3 days to deliver the goods.

If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to each item. If a delivery delay occurs from our side we will notify you by email. If there for some reason occurs severe delivery delays you will have the possibility to cancel your order and get refund (see Refund policy). Though we will do our utmost to fulfill your order and we are tracking our parcels in ambition to give you information of delivery status.
On our side their should not occur any delays as when you order a product we have it in stock. But there may be times that makes it impossible to complete the order, for exampel when a Shipping company is unable to fulfill their commitments to us. We reserve the right do disclaim all compensation to the customer due to delivery delays but our Refund policy gives you the right to get refund.
